We’re looking for someone responsible for enhancing sales team competencies through the development and delivery of training programs that will improve performance and understanding of Pinterest’s products, values, and required job skills. They will work cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leadership, product, marketing, etc to provide world-class sales enablement.

What you'll do:

• Handle all scheduling, planning, and logistics of the sales enablement trainings and certifications
• Ensure that programs and trainings are executed efficiently and on-time
• Set up processes across sales systems to ensure the information is updated and the record entry is high quality for our internal and external sales teams
• Manage projects around the development of our sales enablement function
• Catalog all presentation content and supporting material for training programs
• Support the new sales hire onboarding program with activation of appropriate systems and trainings

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience preferred
• An open-minded mindset and are a self-starter, with a can-do attitude in a complex, ambiguous environment
• Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
