About the role
Rokt is seeking an entry level candidate for the Sales Enablement Coordinator position. We are looking for an innovative and engaging Sales Training & Enablement Coordinator to help us support and scale Rokt’’s rapidly growing Business Development team. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the sales team’s day-to-day and long-term enablement strategy. The coordinator role is a great launching pad for a career in sales or marketing. Reporting to our SVP Business Development this role will help the sales leadership team. This role is based in New York City and should be reasonably expected to be in the Soho office 5 days/week when the office is open (currently closed due to COVID).
You're a strong fit for this role if you have an eye for detail, particularly as it comes to slides and design of presentations. You enjoy wearing multiple hats - shifting from meeting preparation to client/prospect research and gaining industry knowledge.
This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth, with a real opportunity for career progression and international travel as the company expands globally.
Outcomes & responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with meetings and slide preparation. Facilitate & process sales presentations with little or no direction (post training).
- Performs administrative support to the department. Coordinates client gifting. Makes travel reservations. Completes expense reports. Coordinates lists. Coordinates agency/client events. Orders supplies for sales team.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires. Create training schedules for Rokt’s various sales teams and new hires.
- Drive efficiency and productivity for all repeatable processes the team encounters
- Coordinate with marketing to make sure the sales team is using the latest and greatest collateral available
- Help the sales team by staying current on various client initiatives, reading/sharing digital newsletters etc
- Effectively communicate any information or announcements relevant to the Sales organization
Capabilities & requirements
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales enablement, preferably in the SaaS software space
- Strong project and program management skills with a track record of working cross-functionally to effectively drive projects to completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a successful track record of clearly communicating key information to various audiences
- Keen attention to detail, high degree of accountability and integrity
- Strong ability to create and facilitate presentations and workshops across multiple topics to audiences of varying roles and tenure
- Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Must have the ability to learn new software programs such as HubSpot
- Communicate and work as a team player both internally and externally
- A curious mind with a strong desire to help us be more efficient and productive as a team.
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually as well as engage in the detail
- Entrepreneurial background, attitude or ambition is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal constituencies is key.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, verbal and listening skills.
- Understanding of digital media and emerging marketing and ad tech is preferred
- Bachelor's degree with a proven interest in business or digital technologies.
