Sales Enablement Lead (SMB Curriculum Manager)

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Sales Enablement team, within our Sales Operations organization, you will oversee and adapt all traditional Enablement functions for our SMB division. This includes a specific focus on training, where you will develop world-class learning programs that uplevel capabilities for our Small Business Sales teams, enhance sales culture, and improve sales productivity. This role will focus on adapting existing learning, collecting best practices and training the trainers within our vendor organizations. You will also have a hand in Sales Comms and work very closely with Sales Tooling & Sales Strategy, with the goal of ensuring individuals are equipped with the critical knowledge and skills to be successful in their roles and accelerate revenue growth. Working from our Santa Monica or New York office, you’ll collaborate with a variety of teams within Snap (including Sales, Product, Marketing and Executive Leadership teams), along with vendors and external consultants. You will be the primary Sales Enablement resource for our Small Business Channel.
What you'll do:
Architect curriculum based on a matrix aligning customer personas to the products, skills and knowledge required for success
Consult with project teams to address complex business and performance problems with creative learning solutions
Adapt and drive adoption of existing learning program paths, across multiple vendors, for our SMB Organization
Work closely with leadership and cross functional partners to continually assess performance gaps and identify needs for training, coaching and communication
Coordinate with multiple internal groups to leverage their subject matter expertise, and apply to your design and delivery of content
Apply a curation mindset, distilling a high volume of information to the most relevant and impactful points, then communicate in a way that resonates with the Global Sales team members
Program manage training and comms, setting milestones, driving content contributors to meet due dates and delivering to project deadlines.
Build and maintain a library of content aligned with SMB goals, providing consultation on the best solutions to support learning goals, while ensuring content is always current, timely and relevant
Leverage our sales enablement platforms to effectively deploy, manage and measure sales training
Adapt existing in-person content to produce creative, interactive eLearning experiences
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience creating consistent, digestible messages to multiple groups at scale, without requiring past knowledge or background on the topic
Experience in designing, developing and facilitating classroom (ILT) and webinar (vILT) courses
Experience building interactive learning programs, using eLearning authoring tools and/or video/audio production tools, without additional support, from start to finish. Authoring tools should yield interaction and response data through SCORM (or an approximate language)
Experience creating supporting Enablement materials for a professional environment (e.g., job-aids, quick-start guides, demos, worksheets, blogs, podcasts, articles, workflows, decision trees, proficiency trackers, etc.)
Strong program management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines, as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
Familiarity with Salesforce, an ability to rapidly learn new sales tools, and comfort with troubleshooting issues.
Familiarity with establishing Enablement-related accountability and measurement (e.g., pre/post surveys, knowledge checks, rubric scorecards, written or verbal certifications)
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, Product Marketing or related field
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in tech, media or digital advertising industry
Deep subject matter expertise with E-commerce industry and small business advertising needs
Adept at building and delivering equally engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning
Instinct to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Organized and able to manage and deliver multiple tasks efficiently, effectively and on time in a metrics based organization
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to network/ develop trusting relationships with high level sales leadership and to collaborate globally with numerous cross-functional teams
Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills, which allow you to translate difficult technical concepts into lay-terms, as well as fun and engaging
Experience administering LMS and Sales Enablement Platforms and tools that help scale programs globally across large teams
A track record of developing impact-focused, metrics-driven approaches to evaluate programs
Adaptive and rapid learner with a hunger for new information and the drive to put it in action
Good blend of technical and creative dexterity
Commitment to strengthening the sales methodology and process with knowledge, creativity and empathy
