About the role
Here’s the reality. We could write a long-winded list of responsibilities but in a fast growing, rocketship of a startup what we’d write would be stale by the time we hit save. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead who can partner with our VP of Global Sales & CX to develop a program that will enable our sales team to crush its goals. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all new members of the sales team are enabled on how to sell Kustomer, which includes developing a program, content, and certification
- Partnering with marketing and product to ensure that all team members are kept up to date on our product enhancements, deliverables, and competitive intelligence
- Keeping track of the latest of sales trends and approaches to develop “Tips and Tricks” to keep our sales team on top of their game
- Devising a program to cut ramp time in half for new hires
- Reviewing and analyzing pipeline and performance data with our Revenue Operations Manager to identify problem areas and develop programs to tackle and resolve those areas
- Planning semi-annual sales seminars including annual sales kickoff to ensure that we Align, Inspire, and Educate the Kustomer sales team
Your Qualities:
- You have previously been a Sales Enablement Lead at a high growth B2B SaaS startup
- If the above doesn’t describe you, perhaps the following does - you have developed material and curriculum for sales (or other ) functions before and/or you have sold software before and wish to help train others on how to do it
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- You have the desire to drive progress and grow Kustomer's business
- You’re a dynamic problem solver, always seeking solutions, leveraging relationships and resources
