Role MissionThe Sales Events Coordinator will represent LeagueApps on the road as we look to establish an on-site presence at conventions, meetings, tournaments and more. Working cross departmentally with multiple stakeholder groups (marketing, events, community, and data operations), the sales events coordinator will look for creative ways to engage prospects in person, collect leads, and identify key metrics to track event activation success . This role will focus on sales event activations (setup and breakdown), specific plays activation plays, event metrics and event activation processes.

The role will involve heavy domestic travel, up to 60% of the year, 30-40 major events in addition to company wide internal and external events.

Responsibilities:

1)  Event Activations & Plays 

  • Activate on-site booths, tables, happy hours, dinners, etc in conjunction with the sales department team members and other LeagueApps staff
  • Collaborate with marketing, community and events departments on plays for events
  • Collect and relay lead generation to sales team
  • Coordinate logistics in conjunction with the sales enablement & community departments
  • Facilitate setup and breakdown of 30-40 external events a year

2) Event Metrics

  • Working cross-departmentally, contribute to defining event metrics
  • With the marketing and data operations team, track event success metrics
  • Update salesforce data with lead generation information

3) Event Processes

  • Recommend and execute on creating processes for sales team members around event activations
  • Work with Sales Enablement Team cross-departmentally (Marketing, Data, Sales) to constantly improve activation processes
  • Reducing bottlenecks within Sales and with other departments to create a scaled sales events process 

Requirements

  • Be passionate about the youth sports industry. 
  • Be a great teammate & want to work cross-departmentally
  • Attention to detail and prides themselves on producing accurate information 
  • Be process-oriented and have a desire to consistently follow rules of engagement
  • Be deadline oriented and demonstrate a history of completing deliverables on time
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience being a ‘brand evangelist’ face-to-face with customers and prospects in a past role
  • Willing to travel or be on road 75%+ of the time
  • 3-5 Years Relevant Working Experience
  • Experience with Sales & Office Technologies - SFDB, Notion, Google Drive
  • Previous history working and managing off-site events
  • High-level written and verbal skills

Location

We are located right off of Union Square across from the famous Irving Plaza. Currently, we are working fully remotely.
