About You:

A few years of experience in sales enablement/development and insights as a youth sports industry subject matter expert are highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and has a love of all things data – researching, analyzing, evangelizing. We need someone who has a desire to work cross departmentally between Sales, Marketing, and Data and can communicate with all levels; in fact, outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, visual – are key for success in this role. We need an enablement-focused resource to increase the efficiency of our sales team outreach -  clean prioritized data in salesforce, add new contacts/accounts in salesforce to our most impactful sales segments, and better understand the youth sports industry to eliminate manual work for the Sales Development team.

About the Role:

  • Understand market trends, competitors, events, programs, etc in the market 
  • Measure how well sales campaigns are working
  • Convert findings and data into tables, written reports and graphs our internal team can understand
  • Understand each sport segment and how to properly qualify organizations
  • Become an expert in Sales Enablement Technologies & Working with Sales Enablement Manager to get the most out of Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Work with Sales Enablement Team cross-departmentally (Marketing, Data, Sales) to constantly improve data and knowledge building processes for efficiency and effectiveness of Sales Reps
  • Develop and evaluate new ways to ensure correct information on all existing accounts & contacts in Salesforce including, but not limited to Sport, Org Size, 990s, Registration Solution, Valid Website, Program Type, Bad Data, Name of Contact, Title, Email, and Phone

We are located right off of Union Square across from the famous Irving Plaza. Currently, we are working fully remotely.
