Sales Enablement Manager

We’re looking for our first Sales Enablement Manager to work with both Sales and Customer Success on designing, building, and implementing a best in class program. Working with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers you’ll build the function from scratch to get new employees ramped up as quickly as possible and keep them up to date on a rapidly evolving product.


We will measure your success through:

Thoroughness and effectiveness of training programs


As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Design, build and implement robust new hire training programs for both Sales and Customer Success
  • Work with product to understand the roadmap and ongoing training needs
  • Develop a process for ongoing training needs across Sales and CS
  • Facilitate broader trainings at in person events such as a sales kickoff or user conference
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize collateral and ensure the use common language and messaging across departments
  • Stand up a certification program to ensure deep product knowledge


Requirements:

  • Must have 4+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably at a high-growth company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of training program design and implementation
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach (or something similar)

Salary range - $100K- $125K base plus bonus and equity
