The DailyPay Sales Enablement Manager is an exciting new role within the newly formed Strategy and Operations team. We're looking for a strong team player with experience in assessing sales effectiveness needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative coach experienced with designing and delivering highly effective sales enablement programs that focus on improving sales effectiveness, sales productivity, and overall sales results.

This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within DailyPay such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Implement best practices & programs for solution selling, account planning, opportunity management, competitive selling, getting to the C Suite and messaging
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor sales enablement programs impact to the business
  • Maintain strong knowledge of CRM (HubSpot) and provide sales reporting to leadership and sales team
  • Ensure onboarding curriculum enables representatives to ramp within their first 90 days
  • Support specific sales pitch requests
  • Conduct ongoing training needs analysis within the sales organization and coordinate with sales leadership to define sales support initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to evangelize the need for new content that will educate Revenue team and advance deals, such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, and product collateral
  • Managing the content repository and enabling easy access to it
  • Develop proactive and sophisticated learning resources using existing systems and training programs, as well as assessing a future LMS
  • Handling all sales communication and cross department communication for sales specific items
  • Act as a liaison between the product team and revenue team
  • In the future, manage 1-2 sales enablement representatives

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • BA/BS degree with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Sales (with proven ability to influence and/or close business), Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training, preferably in the SaaS/ Tech/ Payroll & HR Tech industry
  • Experience in directly creating content and job aids/collateral to support common language and methodology
  • Highly detail-oriented with a design eye used to deliver professional, first-class content assets
  • Project management experience with ability to effectively plan, prioritize, follow-up, and execute in a timely manner, anticipating and accommodating roadblocks
  • Ability to define process improvements and outline strategies; execute as a both a leader and hands-on member of the team
  • Resourceful in researching solutions, analyzing alternatives, and making recommendations for implementation
  • Analytical thinker able to learn new technology concepts and terminologies quickly, summarize large quantities of data, and create relevant and effective enablement resources tailored to the Sales audience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments, demands, and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptionally strong communicator with the ability to craft a full range of clear, high-impact communications; able to engage in an open and authentic manner in all situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and personal credibility with ability to create cross-departmental relationships, lead projects with diverse teams, and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
  • Team-oriented leadership skills with ability to frame and address issues and prioritize direction
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Fluency with HubSpot or CRM systems and, understanding record relationships and reporting
  • MS Application proficiency with focus on PowerPoint and Word, as well as proficiency with G-suite
