Job Description

Hyperscience is hiring for our growing sales enablement team! Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, and part of the Revenue Operations team, the Sales Enablement Manager will develop end-to-end programs and initiatives that enable the sales team to increase their productivity and capabilities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales training collateral, build and manage rep onboarding programs, refine our product & process training materials, and more; In partnership with revenue operations, product marketing, HR and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business processes, our product. and how we sell.
  • Work with product marketing to build a strong suite of sales collateral tailored around our product capabilities and market fit including competitive intel and white papers
  • Leveraging our LMS, Highspot, you will refine our onboarding programs and sales playbooks for sales reps and solutions engineers in tight partnership with sales leadership, sales operations, product marketing and people operations
  • Organize and manage our sales collateral and training materials via our CMS Highspot
  • Establish KPI’s and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
  • Assist with QBR and SKO preparation and execution
  • Work closely with new hires to increase time-to-productivity
  • Partner with sales leadership and HR to establish a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure that the needs of salespeople, and their managers, are met
  • Regularly spend time in the “virtual field” with managers and reps to understand the “field reality” and build sales enablement deliverables to meet their needs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience developing and implementing sales enablement programs and initiatives in a SaaS start-up environment 
  • Deep knowledge of sales playbooks, and experience developing sales collateral for experienced Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives
  • Experience ramping up new sales hires during onboarding 
  • Previous experience as a sales representative or product marketer a plus
  • Technical and/or Product knowledge a plus
  • Collaboration and team oriented mindset, in particular experience working with executive leadership as well as remote/field sales teams
