We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who wants to be part of this journey.It is important that our sales teams are equipped to be as successful as possible when they are speaking to clients. As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Enablement Specialist works closely with these teams to understand what they need in order to be more productive and to communicate more effectively with our customers. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work proactively with the Head of Sales, HR and the CRO to create onboarding material, go-to-market collateral, case studies and lead training programs for the sales team.
What you'll do:

  • Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Leadership to establish Sales and Marketing enablement priorities and project plans and keep them up to date on progress.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their current processes, needs and areas for improvement. Define and scope projects to address these.
  • Identify, develop and implement measures to improve the ramp time and quota attainment of our Sales team
  • Ensure all new Sales team members are enabled and prepared to hit quota by owning onboarding and ongoing training
  • Ensure that all of our materials and content is organized, up to date and accessible
  • Create customer facing collateral and frameworks that support our key sales metrics and targets
  • Evaluate and implement tools and testing to track Sales Rep grasp of subject matter and improvement
  • Work with leadership to plan impactful Sales events and trainings


We want you, if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience within sales enablement or marketing in a organization selling a technical product
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domain areas strongly preferred (e.g.Sales Operations, Sales, Sales Training, CRM, Sales Portals)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
