Why we need you:

You'll be responsible for building and improving the training and tools necessary for the sales team to reach and convert more public K12 districts into Schoology customers. You'll report to our VP of Sales and partner closely with sales leadership to help scale the sales infrastructure.

As the Sales Enablement Specialist, reporting to the VP of Sales, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build sales training program to improve sales rep productivity and decrease new hire ramp time
  • Maintenance and upkeep of sales training materials
  • Create, maintain, and present documentation including training materials, rules of engagement, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies
  • Improve sales communication and maintain website to communicate with the Sales team
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing team to build sales collateral

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • 2+ years of sales enablement experience
  • Experience building sales training programs
  • Excellent Google Sheets, Docs and Slides skills
  • Exemplary writing skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com
