We’re looking for someone responsible for enhancing sales team competencies through the development and delivery of training programs that will improve performance and understanding of Pinterest’s products, values, and required job skills. They will work cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leadership, product, marketing, etc to provide world-class sales enablement.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver e-learning training via Pinterest’s Learning Management System
• Create a functional process for how we manage and verify updated sales facing content 
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to gather and create sales-related content, and provide direction and feedback to various stakeholders
• Help maintain sales certification program to drive accountability, engagement, and measure program success
• Facilitate and/or coordinate in-person sales trainings as needed
• Collaborate and work closely with sales team members to identify and implement further process efficiencies and streamlining opportunities
• Ensure that team goals and milestones are being met
• Conduct needs assessments to help improve training strategy and provide recommendations, in partnership with sales leadership
• Assess and improve upon the impact of existing training offerings through effective measurement and assessment of program

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a sales enablement or sales role. 
• An open-minded self-starter, with a can-do attitude in a complex, ambiguous environment
• Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• A passion for motivating and helping people learn and improve
