The Sales Enablement Strategist (“SES”) is a mid-level position reporting directly to the Director of Sales Training. They will be responsible for the direct empowerment of the sales organization, while keeping their thumb on the pulse of the team. The will work directly with the Managing and Sales Directors of the 3 business units, Engagement, Enterprise, and Talent. Additionally, they will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, & Revenue Operations to ensure that the proper internal-facing collateral is created to assist in sales training. Creation and upkeep of materials for the sales team will be their primary focus so as to remove roadblocks and increase sales efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Determining sales collateral requirements w/ sales team and sales mgmt
  • Working with Marketing and Rev-OPs to create sales collateral
  • Following up with training attendees and maintain tracking system including training feedback and analytics
  • Facilitating content creation for sales training curriculum around the various aspects of the sales process
  • Sales training platform maintenance and upkeep
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of internal sales material
  • Gathering, maintenance, and presentation of relevant sales stats
  • Updating content for sales training curriculum around the various aspects of the sales process across the three business units.
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy of internal sales material across all three business units

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree, a degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales or (Internal) Communications role
  • A passion for the Sales Process
  • Immense satisfaction in helping other people succeed
  • Experience with tools such as Guru, Salesforce, Google Suite, LMS systems
  • An outstanding ability to communicate succinctly and with purpose
  • Strong organizational skills, project management experience a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Experience building a deck, design experience a plus
