Latch is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Go to Market team. The Sales Solutions Engineer will play an integral role in the product education & support for Latch users. As the Sales Solutions Engineer you’ll work with our Account Executive team and Channel Partners to develop and enable solutions that will drive new sales opportunities. You’ll develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and demos to sales and technical teams. A strong candidate will leverage their security industry/low voltage knowledge, and business acumen, to champion Latch with key decision makers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Latch hardware & software expert and stay up to date on all product & feature offerings

  • Establish relationships with technical contacts & decision making stakeholders as a Latch trusted partner

  • Work closely with the Latch Account Executives as an extended member of the team in the region

  • Deliver ongoing Latch product education, coaching, and support during the sales cycle to achieve a high level of success and client satisfaction

  • Architect appropriate technical solutions 

  • Support Account Executives & Channel Partners throughout the sales cycle, providing support for demos, RFPs, and Proofs of Concepts

  • Diagnose and resolve inquiries related to operating Latch hardware & software 

  • Strategically participate in problem escalation calls & troubleshooting to help channel partners & customers increase their efficiency when using Latch products and help drive adoption and up-sell opportunities

  • Promote best practices for project execution

  • Implement product demos, showroom installations  and pilots to showcase Latch in live scenarios

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, & Technical Support to address critical technical and operational issues based on feedback from the field. Become the voice of the customer at internal product prioritization meetings.
