Foursquare’s Sales Insights team works closely with Sales Leadership to understand market needs, developing and executing supporting strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across the Creative, Product, Analytics and Business Development teams.We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment; who brings an energetic, fun, and creative approach to their work, while maintaining an organized, proactive, self-starter attitude. We are looking for someone who combines strategic-thinking, creativity and a hands-on approach to successfully execute on high-impact, scalable ideas and collateral. This role acts as a cross-functional leader with clear, concise communication and project management skills. Responsibilities:

  • Position Foursquare as the leader in location intelligence to our brand and agency clients, developing strategies and collateral to enhance this mission
  • Lead development of seasonal and vertical specific collateral, including sales packages, reports, case studies and one sheets
  • Manage vertical marketing strategy for our media and attribution products
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Creative, Analytics, Marketing and Product teams, managing expectations and deadlines across offices and departments
  • Evangelize a data-driven sales strategy, acting as a thought leader

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, or in the digital media space
  • Marketing, insights, or client services experience in the ad agency, tech company, brand consultancy, strategic marketing agency, product design firm, or similar field
  • Strategic thinker that can evangelize and sell products that may be new to marketers
  • Experience turning large data sets into actionable insights
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, prioritization and organizational skills, with a commitment to detail
  • Strong knowledge of mobile industries and best practices in both top and bottom of the funnel marketing strategies
  • Avid and passionate Foursquare / Swarm user with an interest and desire to compete in our space
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
