The Role: 

As part of the Sales Learning and Enablement team, the Sales Learning and Development Manager will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to improve new Sales Rep ramp time and enhance our Sales team’s skills and performance through training and coaching. You will work collaboratively to design and implement a sales coaching process and competency model that enables mastery and revenue generation across the Sales team. You’ll also build new sales playbook and learning experiences to ensure we have robust learning and coaching resources, so our reps can make every interaction with our customers memorable and positive.

You have 2+ years experience in sales in addition to 2+ years experience in a sales training or coaching role, where you built out sales training and learning programs for a team. You’re passionate about sharing your deep knowledge of sales process with a growing field sales team through virtual and in-person training and coaching. You’re a self-starter who thrives on being challenged and cares about making a measurable impact. You want to develop a deep understanding of the business, our customers, and each sales rep’s strengths and weaknesses. You will use this knowledge to focus our reps on the most important activities, motivate, and develop skills and knowledge throughout the team to maximize our sales wins. You’re an expert project manager and visual storyteller, who can easily articulate sales process and strategies to enhance our sales reps’ performance.
