Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager, Account Executives at Catalyst, you will directly lead a team of 6-8 quota-carrying Account Executives, focused on acquiring net new logos. This role reports to the Head of Sales.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coach!: Our sales team has a growth mindset and you will be directly responsible for coaching and developing the AEs through training, 1x1s, role plays, deal strategy sessions, and joining sales calls early and often
  • Scale: Catalyst is growing and you will be responsible for building processes within the sales motion that can scale. To include technical validation and proofs of concept with a Sales Engineer, AE to CS handoffs, as well as, product and marketing feedback loops
  • Build the team: Attract, develop and retain top talent, by creating an empowering, trust-oriented and performance-based culture.
  • Deliver the number: Ensure quarterly revenue targets are achieved
  • Manage change: Catalyst is a fast-growing startup. The only thing constant here is change. You will be responsible for leading the team through change by leading with ‘why’ and providing clarity on ‘what, when, and how’


What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in delivering against team targets
  • Aptitude to navigate complex and technical mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
  • Passion for coaching, ‘rolling up your sleeves’ and joining AEs on sales calls
  • Ability to communicate priorities and gain alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Growth mindset, showing that abilities can be developed through dedication, hard work, and receptivity to feedback
  • Experience in the Customer Success space a plus but not required
