Brand Partnerships Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Content team and connect fans to the brands they love.

About the role
From H&M and Adidas to Jack Daniel’s and Bumble, we work with great brands to create campaigns that fans love. You’ll be responsible for building on DICE’s brand partnerships success by growing our partnership base and converting existing relationships with relevant brands and agencies into high-value US partnerships.
You’ll be
- Establishing DICE’s presence in the US market.
- Building meaningful relationships with a wide range of brands.
- Creating campaigns that enhance the live experience for fans, while delivering maximum value to our partners.
- Representing DICE’s values in partnerships with global brands.
- Implementing growth-driven strategies to convert our relationships with brands into high-value partnerships.
- Collaborating with Creative and Content teams to deliver campaigns in line with our brand strategy.
- Leading daily operations of high-profile team projects.
- Crafting and delivering sales presentations.
- Meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

You’ll need
- Proven experience in securing brand deals in a high-responsibility role.
- A deep understanding of experiential and partnership marketing.
- Experience with overseeing full-service marketing campaigns, from initial contact through to final delivery.
- The ability to speak passionately about the power of culture, music and the live experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. We note the salary information as a general guideline only, as actual compensation may vary from posting based on location. We will consider various factors to determine the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training, and business considerations.
