Pinwheel provides an API platform that makes it easy to connect payroll accounts like ADP and Gusto to any app. By unlocking the wealth of identity, income and employment data that sits in these systems, alongside direct access to paychecks, we can help innovators build the next generation of financial products that increase access for the underserved while improving the businesses of our partner fintechs, banks, and lenders.
Who are we looking for?
As our first Sales Manager, you will be a key factor in driving Pinwheel’s next stage of growth. More concretely, you will be responsible for managing our sales team. We’re growing quickly and want to invest in our team with someone who can provide strong leadership, mentorship, deal assistance, and forecasting.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and growing a team of AEs across start up and enterprise opportunities
- Forecasting and managing the pipeline
- Developing the team, and their skills
- Identifying new vertices, and creating a plan to staff them appropriately
What experience, skills, and qualifications are necessary?
- 3 years experience as a quota carrying, individual contributor
- 2-3 years experience as a sales team manager
- Familiarity with SFDC, reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting
- A strong track record of success both as an IC as well as a sales manager
