We’re looking for someone who can bring their passion for sales and can strategically lead a team to help us move up-market as we grow. Reporting into the Sr Director of Sales, the candidate must have 8+ years software/Saas sales experience and 2+ years of B2B SaaS Mid-Market management experience. You must be a top performer and have previously demonstrated the ability to hire and lead A players. You’re looking to grow from your previous role and build a world class sales team alongside some of the most talented and driven professionals. You know B2B SaaS like the back of your hand. You are a master of consultative sales processes and have managed teams that run complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Hire, lead and manage a team (5 to 7 Sr AEs) that closes new business consistently above quota
  • Create and continuously improve the sales playbook for $30k-$200k ACV deals
  • Implement training and coaching to keep and create high-performers
  • Join meetings to help build key relationships with prospects and stakeholders to grow new business
  • Collect product feedback to communicate to our Sr Director of Sales and product team
  • Assist in prospecting strategies
  • Provide Sr Director of Sales accurate and predictable forecasting
  • Weekly 1:1s with your team and work with your team to create and deliver on quarterly sales plans
  • Help to create sales material with feedback from your team and help from Product Marketing team

Requierments

  • You have 2+ years of managing Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales teams
  • You have 8+ years software/SaaS sales experience
  • You have a Mid-Market B2B sales playbook with a consultative approach
  • You have managed teams that have created customers for life
  • You bring a hunter mentality and your team is proactive
  • You have the ability to prioritize and hit deadlines
  • You have training and coaching in your DNA
  • You are not satisfied finishing in second place
  • You bring your own creative ideas to advance Bizzabo’s values, unique culture and vision for the future
  • You bring a positive energy to the team every day
