Role:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated individual to lead the team of community builders that connect, enable and build the Summit community.   More specifically, this means helping to develop the individuals and the strategies involved in retaining the existing innovators within the community and growing the community with the right mission-driven individuals.

Responsible for:

  • Creating a team culture that is positive, team-motivating, and performance-driven

  • Maintaining integrity in the caliber of the individuals within community who participate in our events

  • Overseeing and maintaining revenue for Summit flagship events

  • Creating internal and external policies for community involvement

  • Hiring and training community directors

  • Working directly with the CEO on flagship strategy and strategic direction

  • Working directly with the marketing team on communication strategy and analytics

Requirements:

  • You have a track record of helping teams to achieve and exceed sales and other KPI goals.

  • You have 3-7 years in a sales management role either in a company with a membership-driven revenue model or within a culture-driven organization.

  • You embody the ethos and culture of the community and are a collaborative and kind human being.

  • You have a college degree

  • You are proficient with Salesforce.

  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • You have managed a team of ten or more individuals.

  • You are a self-starter.
