What you'll do:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach sales talent and skills to ensure productivity is maximized.
  • Conduct 1 on 1 meetings, team meetings, feedback and coaching sessions for an international sales team
  • Lead and motivate your team to go above and beyond for you.
  • Evaluate and facilitate changes to prospecting strategy, sales process, upselling opportunities and workflow to deliver maximum productivity and profit growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales reps for metric achievement and ensure continuous improvement action plans are in place.
  • Communicate changes in products, processes, policies and procedures in a clear, concise and expedient manner to sales reps.
  • Create an environment where motivated reps are able to achieve at the peak of their ability through recognition, completion and incentives.

What we're looking for: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing is required; advanced degree is highly desirable
  • 2+ years of Sales Leadership experience, preferably in:
    • High volume, high velocity, outbound transactional sales
    • Selling to an SMB customer base
    • Experience with SaaS business models a plus
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading, managing or mentoring other sales professionals, including other managers
  • Expert problem solver
  • Outstanding presentation and teaching skills
  • Demonstrated success with assertive, challenger-based selling
  • Strong Excel and Salesforce skills
