ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Reonomy's Sales Manager, you will be ready to make a large impact on our fast growing sales organization, reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. You will be joining a motivated and energetic sales team working alongside a number of Account Executives, as well as another Sales Manager. We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record of scaling SaaS sales teams, and developing talent. Ideally, this person would bring a positive, outgoing, driven, and "Day 1" mindset to the office everyday!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the other Sales Manager and Chief Revenue Officer to effectively grow and scale the sales organization
  • Interview, hire, train, and coach a team of at least 8-10 Account Executives
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings to ensure continued training, learning, and development
  • Provide ‘in real time’ training to more effectively coach and mentor your team on a daily basis
  • Create, implement, and monitor best practices to maintain a highly efficient sales organization
  • Actively track and report on rep productivity via sales enablement tools (SFDC, Outreach, etc)
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-3+ years of sales management experience in a high volume inside SaaS sales organization
  • 3-5+ years of proven track record of success in inside sales (SaaS sales exp preferred)
  • Embody Reonomy's “can do” attitude
  • Experience selling in a high velocity, transactional environment - we close multiple deals a day!
  • A proven track record managing and scaling a growing sales team
  • Proficient in various sales tools (SFDC, Outreach, Chili Piper, Intercom, a plus)
