What you’ll do:

The Sales Operations Administrator at Stack Overflow will have an impact on the daily operations of the Revenue Department of Stack Overflow. The Sales Operations Administrator will work directly with the Managing and Sales Directors of the three business units: Engagement, Enterprise, and Talent to ensure that each team is properly supported. They are troubleshooters, translators, help desk attendants, diplomats, human databases, travel consultants, amateur psychologists, and ambassadors to the inside and outside world.

More specifically, the Sales Operations Administrator will:

  • Work internally with the Sales Teams in a non-client facing role capacity
  • Assist with tracking of Sales Contests and coordinating Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFs)
  • Drive the communication from the Sales Team to the rest of the company via monthly status reports and providing numbers to upper management
  • Organize and coordinate all Sales training sessions including all new hire onboarding, manager, and team training
  • Organize and coordinate all Sales meetings across the three businesses
  • Coordinate travel for New Hires traveling between our three main offices for training
  • Coordinate Sales Teams quarterly events from initiation to execution
  • Calendar management for Directors, as requested

About you:

  • You are inquisitive, open to new challenges, and excited about learning opportunities in multiple aspects of a growing business

  • You are proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-oriented but also understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration and are open to working as part of a geographically-distributed team

  • You have an interest in and comfort with event organization and execution

What you need to have:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 - 5 years experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant, ideally in sales and/or tech
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders & projects
  • Project management experience
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and multiple time zones and offices

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Guru, Slack, Trello, Salesforce, Looker, Expensify, Google Suite
