About This Position or About the Team:
As a Sales Operations Analyst you will work with the Sales/Product Operations and Sales Management Team to support sales planning & analysis. The team will look to the Sales Operations Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, communications, data analysis, billing reconciliation, planning, and sales process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing billing cycles, reconciliations, and working closely with finance department
- Create, configure and maintain custom reports and dashboards for the sales organization
- Creating training materials for functional users
- Helping maintain BI Tools (ex.Datorama, Tableau, etc) and other SFDC integrated tools
- Assist in any Department driven projects that include conducting analysis of Foursquare’s Sales and Product Operations
Qualifications:
- Computer skills: Google Suite, Salesforce.com (admin certification is a plus!), Advance MS Excel (PivotTables, vlookups)
- B.S./B.A. degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics or related field
- 1-2 years experience in Sales/Marketing Ops, Biz Ops or Sales Analytics
- 1+ years Salesforce administration experience (user management, mass data imports, reporting, custom fields, page layouts, etc)
- Strong technical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask, understand priorities and balance workload in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent communication and support skills
- Knowledge of digital advertising sales and/or SaaS product lifecycle
