ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the VTS Sales Operations Team you’ll be working closely with Account Development Managers and Account Executives to ensure our customer success and retention processes are a strategic advantage. You will be responsible for improving our renewal and expansion efficiency by reducing our transaction cycle time and evolving our internal Revenue Team processes.
This position will interact frequently with other departments including Finance and Legal, and will allow you to have first-hand exposure into the inner-workings of a Revenue org at a growing SaaS company.
What You'll Do:
- Audit and monitor customer opportunities with the goal to expedite the quote to contract process for the sales reps
- Assist Account Development Managers and Account Executives with renewal and expansion process including pulling asset lists and working in Salesforce to generate quotes and maintain opportunities
- Monitor and maintain data quality in Salesforce especially as it relates to accounts, pipeline health, contract management, etc.
- Be the go-to person to leverage internal tools and build custom reports that drive macro and client level strategy
About You:
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Prior experience with Looker, Salesforce and quote to contract process is a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptableReliable and proactive team player
- 1+ years experience (experience in a sales operations role is a plus!)
