About the Role

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the processes, systems and tools that support our revenue function, directly impacting revenue growth. In this highly visible position, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager and work in partnership with the revenue, marketing and finance teams. Primary to the role are managing data and reporting within our sales technology infrastructure, and partnering with the revenue team to reply to inbound requests and deliver education on system best practices and data standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the systems orientation and analytical aptitude required to organize, report on and make sense of data, as well as a customer centric and consultative approach to relationship building. This role will offer the opportunity to expand your business acumen and apply your analytical and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales administration support to ensure deals, forecast and pipeline data is accurate in Salesforce.
  • Build workflows to monitor data hygiene and work with sales teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and thorough entry of their data.
  • Create and maintain sales reporting/instrumentation including various forecasting reports, sales team performance, and pipeline reports.
  • Maintain rate cards, quote templates, and price books in collaboration with Finance and publish to Sales and Channel organizations
  • Verify and process Orders and Royalty Reports from our Customers and Channel Partners.
  • Work with our legal team to triage Contract review and ensure proper verification, version control, and maintenance of relevant Contract and Customer information.
  • Maintain Channel Deal Registration portal and integration with Salesforce.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations; B2B and / or SaaS companies preferred
  • Certified Salesforce.com administrator preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to answer questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience with a BI tool a plus (Tableau, Domo)
