We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join Snap! As a member of the Tooling, Insights and Data Operations (TIDO) team within our Sales Operations organization, you will be responsible for evolving the operational rigor and data fluency for our in-house North America Creative Strategy (NACS) team, who develop innovative concepts and deliver premium creative content for Snapchat’s advertisers. Working from our Santa Monica or New York offices, you and the Sales Operations Lead for Global Creative Strategy will collaborate with the NACS team, as well as the larger Advertiser Solutions organization, to build out efficient, scalable business processes.
What you’ll do:
Discover gaps and inefficiencies in our existing internal processes for North America Creative Strategy and Production
Develop and maintain a robust reporting infrastructure that evaluates the NACS team’s impact on revenue and client relationships
Create data visualizations for NACS leadership to track resource allocation
Work closely with NACS Leadership and cross-functional partners to scope and execute operational improvements
Constantly find ways to improve our internal tooling and partner with engineering teams to develop updates to our internal tech stack
Partner with the Sales Operations Lead for Global Creative Strategy to ensure global consistency in how our Creative Strategy teams around the world operate
Design and drive accountability for operational best practices and assist in crafting data-driven resourcing strategies for the NACS organization
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience as an operations professional with a background in process development, data analysis and internal tooling/systems
Clear understanding of the creative design lifecycle in digital advertising
Ability to gather needs, analyze existing practices, recommend optimization and implement new processes that uplevel the NACS team
Strong project management experience, with the ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines, as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
Commitment to strengthening the NACS operations process with knowledge, creativity and empathy
Experience working in the tech, media or digital advertising industry
Minimum qualifications:
2+ years working in Sales, Revenue or Creative Operations, or similar functions
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience working at a creative agency, preferably in an operational role
Expertise with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM)
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
Fluency with operational data, including ROI calculations and efficiency analysis
Experience launching and driving adoption for org-wide changes to operational processes
Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing leadership and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a large team
