Sales Operations Associate
Latch is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to support our growing sales team with reporting, data analysis, sales funnel management, systems and data maintenance, training and education, and sales tool adoption. Latch was founded by former Apple employees and is partnering with big real estate to bring digital access to physical space. As the Sales Operations Associate, you will work cross-functionally to develop key business insights, improve our reporting processes, and be an integral part of building a data-driven culture and ensure Latch is positioned for exponential growth!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver insights to sales management regarding sales pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast and performance through the development and implementation of a suite of sales reports and KPI dashboards
- Adhoc sales, customer and market data analysis to support go-to-market strategy
- Develop and manage CRM best practices to maintain data accuracy
- Work with sales management team to translate data into strategic direction, identify and drive key process improvements, market strategy exercises, etc.
- Train sales organization on and ensure adoption of sales tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and analyzing sales data
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting or Investment Banking
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent analytical aptitude
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a team
- Commands respect via intelligence, knowledge, humility
