Sales Operations Associate
What You'll Do
The Sales Operations Associate reports to the Director of Sales Operations and will be an integral team member in helping our revenue teams scale. The Sales Ops Associate will work to identify and resolve business challenges that cause inefficiencies or delays relating to deal management and processing. The Associate will be responsible for highlighting process inefficiencies, and will assist in defining solutions that support the pace of a growing enterprise software business.
What Are Your Responsibilities
- Work to define and build best practice processes in our CRM environment and beyond
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide cross departmental support on projects spawning across Sales, Success, Client Services, Enablement and Finance
- Ensure the details of Opportunities are accurately reflected in Salesforce.com
- Drive communication efficiencies between Sales Ops and Finance teams
- Contribute to managing materials within our Sales Repository, as needed
- Assist in promoting seamless communication between Sales, and other involved departments, as it relates to contracts, SOWs, and order forms
- Contribute to building, and maintaining, our reporting and dashboard infrastructure for Sales and supporting teams
- Train CRM users on new processes and workflows, and create supporting resource materials
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- Proficient in Salesforce.com (Salesforce Admin Certified Preferred)
- Familiar with Sales Enablement tools including Yesware and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledgeable of the sales processes for complex enterprise SaaS sales
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
- Excellent work ethic with proven record of meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills, along with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and work under deadline pressure
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities
