Sales Operations Associate
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Sales Operations team, you will focus on building and launching vertical/market specific revenue programs across the globe. Working from our New York, NY office, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales, and Revenue Product teams to refine our programs and incentives strategy by leveraging analysis, market intelligence, and a drive to solve business challenges.
What you'll do:
Evaluate and execute operations related to reactive business rule and pricing exceptions
Automate and scale manual processes, including data mapping and cleaning
Consult with front-line sales reps and managers to build, launch and refine vertical and market specific revenue programs and advertiser incentives with pre-determined KPIs
Partner cross-functionally to build new processes in an effort to create efficiencies
Build dashboards to track progress and traction of programs and ad hoc deals
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and/or business field such as mathematics, economics, finance, and business
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills to partner with sales and cross-functional teams
Basic knowledge of digital advertising sales
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to execute defined processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise within a process or system
Previous experience working in a Sales Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
