As a Sales Operations Associate on Via’s Platform Partnerships team, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner success, business development, expansion, finance and legal teams. You will build and maintain long-lasting relationships with internal salesforce users globally who will be your end clients. You will be responsible for new use on-boarding, ensuring adherence to internal Salesforce processes and continuing to build out global sales reporting . You will troubleshoot any user queries and lead the implementation of best practices. You will play an instrumental role in implementing and managing new sales tools and associated Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Via’s growing Salesforce environment with 50+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong experience in data imports using multiple tools and in data deduplication
  • Experience building out both geographic and functionally segmented bookings, pipeline and revenue reporting
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification preferred
  • Salesforce CPQ experience highly preferred
  • Pardot, Hubpsot or Marketo marketing automation experience highly preferred
  • Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk experience highly preferred
