Sales Operations Associate
The Role:
The Sales Operations Associate will partner with Newsela’s Customer and Finance teams to drive operational excellence and process efficiency in the Sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to ensure our business processes and CRM data integrity are streamlined and accurate, devise and implement ongoing process improvements, and support the Sales team in optimizing their selling time. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in gathering requirements for Salesforce system updates relating to controls, approvals and contract governance.

You have 1+ years experience with sales operations including: case queue management, contract governance, system implementation & support, and troubleshooting issues for sales within the CRM. As an analytical, proactive team-player, you are great at prioritization and leveraging salesforce to improve efficiency across operations. You are a stickler for details and process governance, and can seamlessly translate operational needs across cross-functional stakeholders through great communication and presentation skills.
