Sales Operations Coordinator
Want to get an amazing start to your Sales Operations career? JW Player is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations team is responsible for supporting the scaling of JW Player’s business through ownership of the sales and marketing technology stack and driving the processes and system automation that propel revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who is systems oriented, and is eager to learn and grow. You will collaborate closely with the global Sales teams, as well as the Customer Services and Marketing groups, to drive and maintain data integrity across sales systems and platforms. You should enjoy collaboration, be extremely organized and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the data governance strategy to ensure data integrity across the lead, contact, account and opportunity data objects in Salesforce
- Actively monitor user’s data input into Salesforce and respond to bug requests to quickly identify issues and perform root cause and source data error analysis
- Support the Sales Operations team in managing third party data providers, including Clearbit, ZoomInfo and Everstring vendors
- Build and maintain a data dictionary and data normalization documentation
- Identify areas of improvement across the sales process, Salesforce workflows and standard operating procedures to maintain and enhance data accuracy in Salesforce.com
Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. degree or experience equivalent
- Understanding of data integrity and relational databases
- Excel fluency
- Experience with, or eagerness to learn sales automation technologies
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Prior experience in data management or QA, operations analyst or sales roles is a plus
