Sales Operations Lead, Enablement (Creative Strategy)
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join Snap Inc! As a member of the global Sales Enablement team, within our Sales Operations organization, you will be responsible for developing the operational backbone for our in-house Creative Strategy team, who develop innovative concepts and delivers premium creative content for Snapchat’s advertisers. Working from our Los Angeles or New York office, you’ll collaborate with our Creative Strategy team, as well as the larger Advertisers Solutions organization, to build out efficient, scalable business processes.
What you’ll do:
Discover gaps and inefficiencies in our existing internal processes
Design and execute a robust methodology and reporting infrastructure that evaluates the impact of the Creative Strategy team’s involvement on revenue and client relationship metrics
Create data visualization which will inform leadership of where their resources are being used and provide recommendations on how to operate more effectively at scale
Work closely with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to design and execute operational solutions
Own the roadmap for internal tooling and systems used by our Creative Strategy team
Constantly find ways to optimize our internal tooling and operational processes
Design and drive accountability for operational best practices and assist in crafting data-driven resourcing strategies for the Creative Strategy organization
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience as an operations professional with a background in process development, internal tooling/systems, the creative design lifecycle, and digital advertising.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and customization, beyond standard “out-of-the-box” implementations
Ability to gather needs, analyze existing practices, recommend optimization and implement new processes that uplevel the global Creative Strategy teams
Experience developing roadmaps with multiple initiatives within tight deadlines, with diverse contributors and stakeholders
Strong project management experience, with an ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines, as part of a team and/or as an individual contributor
Commitment to strengthening the Creative Strategy operations process with knowledge, creativity and empathy
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years working in Sales Operations, Technical Program Management, Creative Strategy, or similar functions
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience working at a creative agency, preferably in an operational role
Expertise with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics)
Fluency with operational data, including ROI calculations and efficiency analysis
Experience working in the tech, media or digital advertising industry
Demonstrated proficiencies as a Program Manager in a rapidly changing environment
Experience launching and driving adoption for org-wide changes to operational processes
Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing leadership and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a team
