  • Manage operational activity related to supporting the Collibra Partner Program, including partner onboarding, performance measurement and communication, and compliance to program requirements such as submission of business plans and customer success stories

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, or related function;  3+ years experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) relational database systems
  • Experience working with sales leadership stakeholders in Partnerships organizations; experience in high growth SaaS preferred
  • Track record of breaking down complex problems and proposing / effectively communicating thoughtful recommendations
  • Track record of driving high impact, cross-functional change initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Passionate about being a data-driven problem solver, able to approach problems from multiple perspectives
  • Able to balance and prioritize dozens of ongoing projects and initiatives impacting a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Fluent in telling meaningful stories through the use of data and visualizations
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic;  hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to address operational issues

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Sales Operations, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will immerse yourself in in the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, familiarizing yourself with the different roles Collibra’s partners play in supporting the company’s success, team priorities/objectives, and KPIs
  • Within your third month, you will own a handful of critical cross-functional projects supporting the success of the partner team
