About The Role

Tropic has exploded into this market over the last two years, raising a $25M Series A this summer and growing 700% in the last twelve months. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager (Revenue) to help build a high-performing sales organization in enterprise tech.

What You'll Work On

  • Partner with leadership to build a world class enterprise sales organization
  • Provide the quantitative basis for Tropic’s evolving go-to-market strategy and revenue initiatives (e.g., territory planning, sales coverage model, sales forecasting)
  • Support high-level planning, goal setting, and board-level communication materials representing the Sales Team with data and insights
  • Identify and eliminate barriers in sales processes to improve performance and productivity (e.g., identify KPIs and metrics, improve lead management)
  • Support the development of compensation and incentive plans; manage administration and execution of team’s targets and measurement of goal attainment
  • Develop, maintain, and maximize the value of Tropic’s sales & marketing tech stack
  • Contribute directly to Tropic’s hyper-growth trajectory by improving Sales Team efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams

Who You Are

  • 1+ years in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or Strategy for a high-growth organization
  • 1+ years in investment banking, management consulting, or similar quantitative field
  • Deep and broad understanding of sales & marketing processes
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with sales SaaS tools
