Sales Operations Manager

Socure’s ID+ provides a real-time predictive analytics platform that combines the newest forms of machine learning and artificial intelligence with digital, offline and social identity data to deliver the most accurate and robust KYC, identity verification and fraud risk prediction solution in the market.

Socure deploys its advanced identity verification robot across email, phone, online/social, address, IP, physical documents and traditional offline proprietary predictors to help clients better assess identity risk and substantially increase acceptance, reduce fraud losses, and optimize manual review/step-up authentication for transactions and applications in the digital world.

As a Sales Operations Manager you will build out our sales systems, processes and reporting tools and have a huge impact on a very quickly growing sales organization. You will be responsible for creating and executing against our sales strategy focused on constantly improving our ability to prospect, forecast, close, onboard and support both prospects and existing customers with our Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams. You should be analytical, data driven and capable of working across multiple internal organizations. You will also responsible for driving the on-boarding of new members of the Sales and Business Development Organizations. We need a real A player to implement a best-in-class tech stack in structuring our sales data so that we can quickly report on sales KPIs, and ensure our sales organization is able to focus on generating high-value revenue. This role reports directly to the head of sales. 

Responsibilities

  • Administration and program management of Sales and Marketing platforms with a heavy focus on sales process automation and documentation to drive efficiency and facilitate sales at scale
  • Drive all aspects of on-boarding and training including development of the documentation, running training sessions, certification and ongoing updates to keep the Sales team current with our product and industry developments
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to develop industry collateral and ensure that our sales team always has the requisite documentation
  • Assist with management of lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ensure sales is holding up its end of the bargain to the marketing team
  • Build digestible reports and dashboards for sales reps and the sales manager
  • Work with the CRO and CFO to develop and report on Budget, Forecast and Quota
  • Work with the CRO and VP of Sales to establish an operational cadence providing clarity about operations, financial performance and forecasts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a hand on Sales Operations or management role
  • BA/BS required
  • Worked for high-growth startup
  • Experience in the financial services, analytics or KYC/fraud industry
  • Capable and encouraged by operating in an aggressive, accelerated and dynamic environment
  • Takes initiative/ownership with projects and responsibilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy despite deadline pressures
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, YesMail, Insight Squared, Datanyze, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tableau and other BI tools strongly preferred
