As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for establishing and driving processes and systems, and conducting analyses that drive sales productivity and overall business operations. This includes planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales process and systems training, Salesforce administration, and sales strategy projects. You should be analytical, data-driven, strategic and capable of working across multiple internal organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Act as Administrator of Salesforce and other sales and support platforms (Yesware, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.).
  • Establish and drive best practice practice sales process via Salesforce or other tools to manage both Enterprise and SMB sales.
  • Manage relationships with system vendors to improve process and drive system usage/adoption.
  • Document process and policy for organization-wide transparency and ease of onboarding.
  • Create sales reports and other business intelligence essentials to the sales organization and management team.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing team leadership on strategic decisions
  • Conduct systems and process trainings and work one-on-one with team members to ensure systems/platforms are being utilized.

About you:

  • Proven success in optimizing sales processes and collaborating with teams to identify bottlenecks.
  • Prior experience working in an entrepreneurial environment (preferably at a SaaS startup).
  • Salesforce.com administration experience is required (process builder, custom field and
  • object creation, advanced report building, complex formula writing).
  • Familiarity with Sales and Marketing enablement tools (i.e. Yesware, Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Zoom Info, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data organization, and reporting.
