Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated, data-obsessed Sales Operations Manager to lead key initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity across the sales organization. This person will refine our current sales process and manage the supporting tools to ensure resources are fully leveraged by the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish, implement, and continuously evolve our sales process including any underlying tools.

  • Design reports to track various points of the sales funnel in order to identify and surface account issues and escalate them appropriately.

  • Maintain overall sales process data hygiene.

  • Manage sales pipeline reporting and forecast cadence to ensure deals are progressing and the business is tracking to its goals.

  • Identify automation opportunities and execute on them.

  • Own sales process documentation and knowledge bases.

  • Provide client success support by way of tools and processes, particularly for renewals

  • Ensure a clear link between sales and success functions.

  • Create other ad hoc tools as needed to support business planning.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a sales or revenue operations role

  • You have experience managing Salesforce, particularly building dynamic reports and dashboards to enable individual contributors and management

  • You are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience with Pardot is ideal but not required

  • Experience with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight) is a nice to have but not required
