The Role: 

Sales Operations is the engine and navigation system for the Sales organization. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the team using data and technology.

The Sales Operations Manager will help support our Sales and Customer Success teams with monthly forecasting, sales compensation, reporting, and sales technology enablement with user administration tasks including access management, profile and role assignments, etc. The individual will be able to document processes, standardize data, and make data-driven business recommendations to sales and finance management. The Sales Ops Manager will partner with Marketing Operations to keep the lead generation arm of the business running smoothly, enhance the ongoing running of reports, and automate processes as necessary. This role reports to the NYC-based Director of Revenue Operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Produce ongoing and regular reports on sales metrics including but not limited to sales effectiveness, competitive win/loss result, headcount tracking, quota capacity analysis and other key sales metrics.
  • Assist with continued implementation of territory management strategy and how it informs CRM data and day to day operations.
  • Create and manage Salesforce dashboards and other ad-hoc reports for the sales organization.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM data quality at the highest level to support ongoing decision-making.
  • Administer and optimize a variety of tools in the revenue organization’s technology stack that includes Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Respond to Ad-Hoc data analysis requests from senior sales leadership team as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations.
  • Experience within highly cross-functional, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • SaaS or FinTech industry experience preferred.
  • Very comfortable with excel, databases, and other data analysis concepts.
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within client organizations.
  • Excellence in written communication, project management, and time management.
