We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to institute and grow the sales operations practice at Intent. You’ll lead our sales teams in refining processes and better leveraging sales data. With those underpinnings and your expertise, you’ll help us better cultivate and grow our publisher partnerships, translate their needs into fast-moving opportunities, and learn how to do it better the next time. You will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Integration, Finance, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Data teams and be responsible for driving global growth and efficiency.

You are in the driver’s seat and joining Intent to lend your experience and insights. An exceptional track record in supporting B2B sales functions coupled with excellent business judgment, data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic communication are essential.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee our CRM (Salesforce) and drive enhancements on everything from technical integrations to team adoption
  • Manage our sales tech stack, ensuring systems adoption 
  • Collaborate with CRM users to ensure user data is accurate and up to date
  • Generate Value Add insights and analysis of CRM pipeline data through reporting, forecasting and dashboards
  • Enhance sales productivity by establishing simplified streamlined processes
  • Internal user support and management of requests
  • Work with sales managers to uncover areas of revenue opportunity in the customer and prospect base
  • Track and analyze team specific KPIs
  • Lend your functional expertise (and data) to collaborate with sales and service teams on account ownership
  • Document new processes and support change communication and management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure process alignment 
  • Partner with Marketing department to refine lead qualification, assignment and analysis of campaign efficiency 
  • Assist with contract administration process and with onboarding new team members
  • Represent Sales Operations in company-wide initiatives
  • Develop and maintain training resources 

About You:

  • 4+ years experience, 3+ in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • B2B sales operations experience at an eCommerce/tech company 
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and translate those to system and process requirements
  • Experience with third party systems: DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, etc. 
  • Outstanding relationship and interpersonal skills and a natural inclination towards relationship building
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment with a hands-on approach against multiple priorities and allocate time accordingly
  • Passion for working in an early-stage environment and to build a business
  • Salesforce certification preferred but not required
