As the Sales Operations Manager at Vimeo you will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all aspects of the Vimeo Sales Team’s ongoing operations. These responsibilities include managing the sales forecast and sales compensation, optimizing the digital marketing funnel, etc. The ideal candidate is highly driven, analytical, organized, and passionate, with domain expertise in SaaS sales operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own all aspects of sales reporting and forecast rollup 
  • Assess Vimeo’s current Salesforce implementation and identify and implement improvements and system customizations that benefit Sales operations 
  • Direct marketing demand generation for Sales leads 
  • Contribute to building a Salesforce-driven Sales operation by designing and implementing digital marketing best practices 
  • Ensure system integrity across all users and applications and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, processes, reporting, etc. 
  • Act as owner of data accuracy and reporting, representing Sales with Finance and Business Intelligence teams 
  • Interface with Product teams to ensure Sales enablement and alignment 
  • Own sales compensation and commission payment and reconciliation process 

Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess:

  • 4+ years of Sales Operations experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company 
  • Experience implementing Sales strategy, recruiting, training and enablement efforts 
  • Experience rolling up forecast reports from multiple data sources 
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Docusign, Salesloft, Zendesk and other Sales automation systems 
  • Salesforce “super” user, Ability to create advanced SFDC dashboards 
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills 
  • Experience in a team-driven, fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment 
  • Highly motivated and results driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency and values accountability 
  • Passion for Vimeo and our creator community 
  • Bachelor's degree required
