As the Sales Operations Program Manager, you will proactively identify, manage and execute on strategic sales optimization projects and initiatives from inception to completion reporting into the VP of Sales Operations.

What you are responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve the sales productivity and efficiency and creating a business case backed by data and trackable by agreed upon KPIs.
  • Documenting and presenting proposed projects and initiatives to the Revenue Leadership team for buy-in and support and to the VP of Sales, VP of Sales Operations and VP of Marketing for approval.
  • Strong project management where you will set timelines, goals, deliverables, and execute accordingly along with a solid communication strategy and plan.
  • Set up a process to drive results while working with cross-functional teams
  • Define hypotheses, perform analysis, and come to a conclusion that solves operational problems

What you'll do:

  • Manage large strategic initiatives such as the company’s transformation to Account-Based Selling, Sales Territory implementation and creation of a more targeted sales strategy in partnership with sales, marketing and operations leadership.
  • Use data to identify areas to improve business decisions and execution of strategic business objectives to improve overall operations, improve sales performance, positively impact revenue growth and lower costs
  • Improve efficiency cross functionally across sales, marketing and success
  • Scale new and existing process to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics and profitability
  • Collaborate with your team to build hypotheses, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and key issues to develop conclusions and strategically implement plans that are supported with qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects that are critical for driving business results
  • Decide which projects we should prioritize in partnership with Sales, Operations and Marketing leadership, then set an aggressive timeline and plan to reach goal.

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of successfully sales experience - preferably at a SaaS company or recruiting firm
  • 1+ years of project management related experience
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business improvements
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability effectively manage change
