Sales Operations Senior Associate, Global Agency Partnerships
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Senior Associate to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our Sales Teams and Cross-Functional Partners, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to identify strategic initiatives and prioritize efforts to amplify revenue. Working from our New York, NY office, you’ll collaborate closely with Snap’s Global Agency Partnerships team and other cross functional partners (like Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance).
What you'll do:
Support the Global Agency Partnerships team, providing insights and analytics along with tactical guidance, with the ultimate goal of increasing agency-influenced revenue, activating new customers and enhancing productivity for the Global Agency Partnerships organization
Facilitate enhanced coordination between Global, Regional, and Local Agency teams
Lead projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
Evaluate strategic opportunities, build business cases, and define actionable plans with a roadmap to execution, while also involving, aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams and markets and drive a successful implementation
Minimum qualifications:
4+ years of work experience including time spent in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Sales Operations, or a related field, or in a media/advertising-related field
Spreadsheet modeling and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with the Media Agency Landscape (specifically the Big 6 holding companies and various roles within them), and the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, or business
Experience extracting data with SQL and utilizing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
Proficiency with Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) products
Proficiency working with CRM systems like Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
Proven track record collaborating with Sales teams to find solutions that support the business, including building relationships with leadership
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail, with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset, strong project management and business judgement
