Responsibilities:

  • Work with our SmartAdvisor sales, service and account management teams to better understand our performance and how we can get better
  • Identify & implement operational improvements that improve efficiency
  • Identify and track key KPI's to measure both team and individual performance
  • Be a thought & solutions leader by providing data-driven recommendations 
  • Establish processes that standardize and enable operational excellence
  • Work with our data engineering, product, tech, and marketing teams to better harness our data (or capture new data) and apply it to concrete business challenges

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience relevant to sales analytics and/or sales operations or work in top-tier management consulting firm
  • Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of SQL is required 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Team player with strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
  • Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help our sales team succeed
