As part of the Sales Enablement Team you will work together with the Sales organization to foster growth, reinforce knowledge / best practices and help to implement new and exciting changes.
About The Role:
- Listen / Shadow high-volumes of calls to deliver feedback
- Understand knowledge gaps on individual and team levels
- Develop strategy around improvement areas
- Develop strategy around implementing and maintaining success on new initiatives
- Clearly understand and articulate the value props of the monday.com product
- Work closely with Team Leads to build out structured feedback channels
- Provide trainings as needed surrounding specific areas of expertise
- 3+ years in sales / sales adjacent roles
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication skills (clearly articulate points, feedback, etc.)
- Team player
- Experience working with Gong, Salesforce, SalesLoft a plus
