About the Role

The Brideside Sales Style Consultant team is the heartbeat of our company - delivering exceptional customer experiences to our brides and bridesmaids and serving as brand ambassadors to the wedding industry. Brideside attributes its tremendous growth to its strong company culture rooted in hard work, collaboration and celebration. We are a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will have a direct impact on our growth. 

Sales Style Consultants are responsible for selling Brideside’s unmatched collection of dresses to bridal parties around the country, whether in one of its showrooms or digitally with the use of its online tools. If you are motivated by hitting sales goals and delighting customers, we would love to talk to you. 

This is more than retail. It’s an opportunity to develop your skills in sales, clienteling and management. 

 

As a Style Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with brides and bridesmaids in the showroom or online to curate their vision from our exclusive collection and other leading designers 

  • Work individually and as a team to achieve competitive monthly sales goals while delivering amazing customer experience

  • Build the Brideside brand and self-source potential leads through your brand ambassadorship, both inside and outside the showroom

  • Think creatively to solve problems and uncover new opportunities 

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to influence the future of our dress collection and retail strategy 

  • Enjoy professional development opportunities to grow in your sales and management careers  

  • Participate in our rigorous training program and learn how to guide a customer from sign-up through to purchase

 

Successful Style Consultants have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a client-building business

  • The ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure

  • A strong sense of style and passion for making others feel their best

  • A friendly disposition and the ability to easily connect with anyone

  • Great organization and time management skills (previous Salesforce experience is a plus!)

  • A desire to grow personally and professionally in one of the fastest growing bridal companies in the world

  • A thirst for continuous learning and comfort with the uncomfortable 

  • Flexibility and availability to work most weekends
