The Opportunity 

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Admin responsible for supporting our Premier sales teams. Reporting to the Manager for Sales Support, this role will work through a systematic ticket system in Salesforce to support the broader sales team achieve team revenue targets.

This is a Fixed Term opportunity starting in March until August, with a possible extension. 

This is a NON- Exempt position, meaning you are entitled to overtime, your schedule will be: 10 am to 7 pm with one hour lunch. 

You will be eligible for Medical benefits after 3 months. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely to assist the global sales team of Account Managers for Corporate and media verticals, Agency Client Partners and Global Sales Partners
  • This role will contribute to supplying quality of account management and helping the broader sales team meet its targets by handling important internal administrative tasks on their behalf
  • Facilitating multiple types of customer requests, such as new account setups, invoicing and purchase order processing, handle all bulk downloads requests, entering all content and research requests and other manual processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks from multiple stakeholders in different geographies while being highly detail oriented
  • Work internally, cross departments on behalf of the Enterprise Sales Team to provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and system changes with a positive approach
  • Contribute to the Sales Support team success by training new peers and assisting with the onboarding of new hires
  • Have systematic approach to your work

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1-year administrative experience
  • Accurate Data entry skills 
  • Problem-solving ninja
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus especially Spanish)
  • Microsoft Office Suite: intermediate Excel level: formulas, tables and formatting and pivot tables
