To do this, we're looking for an enthusiastic problem solver to support our Premier sales team.

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to report to the Manager, Sales Support. This role will work through a systematic ticket system in Salesforce to support the broader sales team achieve their team revenue targets.

To apply, candidates must be:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English 
  • Able to work an 12pm to 9pm shift

As a Sales Support Administrator:

You can expect to...

  • Work closely to assist the global sales team of Account Managers for Corporate and media verticals, Agency Client Partners and Global Sales Partners
  • Contribute to supplying quality of account management and helping the broader sales team meet its targets by handling important internal administrative tasks on their behalf
  • Facilitating multiple types of customer requests, such as new account setups, invoicing and purchase order processing, handle all bulk downloads requests, entering all content and research requests and other manual processes.
  • Work internally, cross departments on behalf of the Enterprise Sales Team to provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Contribute to the Sales Support team success by training new peers and assisting with the onboarding of new hires
  • Have a systematic approach to your work

  • Highly organized, with advanced skills for multitasking 
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • A quick adapter to new processes and system changes, with a positive approach
  • An effective communicator with cross-functional departments

You will need...

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills 
  • Problem-solving ninja
  • To enjoy working in a team environment
  • To be fluent in Spanish and English (Other languages are a plus)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel user, familiar with formulas, tables and formatting and pivot tables
